CONDITIONS OF HIRE
DEPOSIT: $500 is
payable within 7 days to confirm booking.
FINAL PAYMENT:
Due 6 weeks before hire.
SECURITY BOND:
$1500 cash , EFT or bank cheque payable on boarding. Refund by
mail, EFT, less any fuel costs when the houseboat is returned in
good order & condition. Any damage or loss will be charged for
at the cost price.
CANCELLATIONS:
When late cancellations occur & we cannot re-hire the houseboat
for that period, we reserve the right to refund any monies at
our discretion.
Boarding time is 3.00pm. Disembarking by 10am
Drivers must hold a current Drivers
Licence
or Boat
Licence
& be over the age of 21 years
The number of persons on board must not exceed the SA Marine &
Harbour
regulations
The boat must not be driven at night
No pets, firearms, axes, chainsaws or trail bikes
The
hirer is responsible at all times for the safety of the vessel &
all persons on board including visitors. All vessels have been
surveyed & fully comply with Transport SA Marine & Harbour
Branch regulations. The owner or managers will not be held
responsible for any accident or injury incurred on the vessel
and reserves the right to refuse certain persons permission to
board.
